Heavy rain forecast across Thailand, North faces worst storms
The Thai Meteorological Department warns of heavy to very heavy rain across much of Thailand over the next 24 hours, with northern provinces seeing the worst storms. Flash floods and forest runoff are possible in foothill areas, waterways, and low-lying regions. Mariners in the upper Andaman Sea and upper Gulf of Thailand are advised to stay ashore as waves may reach 2-3 meters.
