Cancer screening centre to open at Bangkok Orange Line station
The Transport and Public Health ministries have launched a project to convert space at an Orange Line MRT station into a Wellness & Cancer Prevention Centre. The facility, developed by the National Cancer Institute, will offer cancer screening, risk assessment, and preventive services. It is expected to open by the end of 2027 and serve up to 60,000 people per year, making healthcare more accessible via public transport.
