Revenue Dept allows electronic display of tax permits
Thailand's Revenue Department announced that VAT registration certificates (PP.20), specific business tax certificates (P.T.20), and replacement permits can now be displayed electronically via photo or QR code at business premises, effective immediately from the date of publication in the Royal Gazette (7 September 2026). The digital display must be clear and show essential information for at least five seconds per permit.
