Thai SEC updates instrument factsheet rules (No. 7)
The Thai SEC issued a new announcement (No. 11/2569) replacing the previous factsheet form for securities and sukuk offerings, effective immediately from 16 September 2026. The change updates the template required for disclosure of summary information for investors.
