Thailand fully digitalises new business registrations
Starting Wednesday, all new business registrations in Thailand, including partnerships and limited companies, must be done online through the Digital Business Registration System (DBD Biz Regist). The Department of Business Development says the change, which excludes amendments to existing registrations, will reduce costs, speed up processing, and improve transparency. In June 2026, 95% of new registrations were already completed online.
