Thailand warns of widespread heavy rain and flood risks Oct 10-13

The Joint Information Coordination Center (JICC) has forecast moderate to heavy rain across Thailand from 10–13 October, with flood-prone areas—especially eastern provinces along the Bang Pakong River—at risk. Water levels in several dams are high, and authorities are releasing water to create capacity for additional rainfall. Expats in affected regions should monitor local warnings and prepare for possible flooding.
