Tax breaks for school donations extended to 2027
A new Royal Decree extends tax exemptions for donations to Thai educational institutions through the electronic donation system, effective retroactively from January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2027. Individuals and companies can deduct double the donated amount, with caps, while also exempting related VAT, business tax, and stamp duty.
