Bangkok Closes Ratchadaphisek Road, Bans Drones for IMF Meetings
Bangkok police have closed Ratchadaphisek Road between Asok Montri and Rama IV intersections on 15–16 October for the IMF-World Bank meetings. A drone ban is also in effect in the VT R1 Bangkok City airspace on 16 October. Expats should use Rama IV, Sukhumvit, Witthayu, or Sarasin Roads, or take the MRT, and avoid operating drones in the restricted area.
