Samsung Wallet launches tap-and-go transit in Thailand
Samsung Wallet has launched a tap-and-go transit service in Thailand, allowing users of compatible Galaxy smartphones to pay for BTS, MRT, bus, and express boat fares via a single digital pass. Rolling out from October 20, the service also offers a special 20-baht flat fare across select rail lines from November 1 to December 13 (or until quotas are met). Samsung aims to reach 1 million active Wallet users within 6–12 months.
