Bangkok land offices fully digital for title deed registration

Starting August 3, 2026, all 17 Bangkok land offices will operate as fully digital systems, allowing online registration of title deeds without in-person visits. Digital signatures and remote filing are permitted for eligible transactions (no survey or public notice required).
