Bank of Thailand relaxes mortgage LTV rules for one year
The Bank of Thailand is temporarily relaxing loan-to-value (LTV) rules, allowing up to 100% financing for all mortgages from 1 July 2026 to 30 June 2027. This applies to all property values and contract numbers, reducing the upfront cash needed for a home purchase.
