Thailand revises training recognition for heavy drone operators
Thailand's Ministry of Transport has issued a third amendment to regulations for remotely piloted aircraft over 25 kg. The update revises the transitional provision for training recognition, accepting training from manufacturers or authorized bodies between 1 September 2024 and 1 March 2027 as meeting knowledge and skill requirements for operator registration. The amendment took effect on 6 July 2026.
