Free weekend M6 motorway Bang Pa-in–Pak Chong from 21 August
The Department of Highways will open the 110-km M6 section between Bang Pa-in and Pak Chong free of charge on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays starting 21 August 2026 from 12:00 Friday to 24:00 Sunday. The trial runs through the New Year holidays 2027; only four-wheel passenger vehicles are allowed with an 80 km/h speed limit, and no fuel or EV charging is available.
