Thailand boosts LPG subsidy, keeps cooking gas price unchanged until Oct 31
The Energy Ministry increased the LPG subsidy from 7.22 to 9.86 baht per kg to keep the price of a 15-kg cylinder at 423 baht. The price cap will last three months until October 31, 2026, adding pressure to the Oil Fuel Fund, which had a deficit of 71.8 billion baht as of August 7.
