Household power bills to fall from Sept 1

Regulators approved a new tariff structure removing public street-lighting costs from residential bills, reducing the average charge from 3.95 to 3.86 baht per unit. The first 200 units per month will be capped at 3 baht per unit. The changes apply to September bills through at least December.
