Heavy rain and flash flood warnings across Thailand
Thailand's Meteorological Department warns of heavy to very heavy rain over the next 24 hours across much of the country, particularly in the North, Northeast, and East, with risks of flash floods and forest runoff. Waves in the upper Andaman Sea and upper Gulf of Thailand could reach 2-3 meters, and small boats are advised to stay ashore. Typhoon Dolphin is not expected to affect Thailand.
