Yom River surge heads towards Sukhothai
Authorities are monitoring rising Yom River levels in Sukhothai as heavy rain upstream sends more water. Flooding has affected 511 villages across three districts. The Royal Irrigation Department is adjusting discharge plans and releasing water to manage flows.
