Bangkok land offices go fully digital for title deeds

Thailand's Department of Land has designated all 17 Bangkok land offices as fully electronic, allowing digital signatures for most property registration transactions on title deeds, excluding those requiring surveys or public notice. From 3 August 2026, applicants (individuals or legal entities with power of attorney) with chanote titles can file online, with prior booking via e-QLands Plus required.
