Bangkok land offices go fully digital for title deeds
The Land Department has upgraded 17 land offices in Bangkok to a fully electronic system for title deed registration, allowing digital signatures and online appointments via e-QLands Plus. The change applies to registrations that do not require announcements or surveys. Expats can now complete property transactions more conveniently from any of these offices starting August 3, 2026.
