New rules for subdivision maintenance fees effective Oct 9
The Central Land Allocation Committee has issued revised regulations on fees for maintenance and management of public utilities in land subdivisions. The new rules require that after a juristic person is established, the committee must notify members of the fee rate, start date, and collection method, with at least 30 days' notice before the first collection. The regulation takes effect from October 9, 2026.
