M6 motorway free every weekend from Aug 21 to Dec 25
The M6 motorway between Bang Pa-in and Pak Chong is free every weekend from August 21 to December 25, 2026, starting Fridays at noon and ending Sundays at midnight. During the trial, speeds are capped at 80 km/h, and only four-wheeled vehicles may use it. After the permanent opening, speed limits will rise to 120 km/h.
