SEC revises Factsheet rules for securities offerings

The SEC issued Notification No. SorJor. 11/2569, effective 16 September 2026, replacing the Factsheet template for debt instruments and sukuk offerings under previous notifications. The new form takes effect immediately upon publication in the Royal Gazette.
