DTV visa: criminal record required from Aug 31
Starting 31 August 2026, DTV applicants must provide proof of permanent residence and a criminal record clearance instead of the current location document. The e-Visa system will be offline from 00:00 on 30 August to 00:00 on 31 August. Applications submitted before 31 August follow the old rules.
