Bank of Thailand extends LTV loan relaxation for another year
The Bank of Thailand has extended relaxed loan-to-value (LTV) rules for housing loans for one more year, from 1 July 2026 to 30 June 2027. The relaxation allows higher LTV ratios, meaning buyers can borrow a larger percentage of a property's value, which reduces the required down payment.
