Thailand's business registration goes fully digital
As of July 1, 2026, all new business registrations for partnerships and limited companies in Thailand must be completed online via the Digital Business Registration System (DBD Biz Regist). The Department of Business Development also stopped providing paper legal entity information to government agencies, transitioning to electronic services.
