Thai SEC updates Factsheet rules for debt instruments

The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) issued a new regulation (No. 11/2569) that replaces the previous Factsheet format for debt instruments and sukuk. The new format takes effect immediately from the publication date of 16 September 2026.
