Flooding in 21 provinces, heavy rain heading south

Flooding persists in 21 provinces, mostly on the Central Plain, affecting over 3 million people. In Bangkok, flood levels are declining, but heavy rain is expected to shift to the South on Monday and Tuesday, with cold air covering upper Thailand. Expatriates in affected areas should stay informed about local conditions and avoid flooded zones.
