Thai Constitutional Court upholds death penalty for drug offenses
The Constitutional Court ruled on October 28, 2026, that the death penalty provision in Section 145, paragraph three of the Narcotics Code does not violate the Constitution. The ruling has been published in the Royal Gazette.
