Immigration Bureau revises visa rules for investment and family stay

The Immigration Bureau has issued Order No. 145/2569, repealing its October 2025 order and replacing the criteria and documents for visas and visa-type changes in two cases: investment, and being a family member of a foreigner permitted to stay temporarily under Section 34 of the Immigration Act. The new rules apply from 1 July 2026.
