Immigration order revises temporary stay rules for investors and family members
Thailand's Immigration Bureau issued Order No. 146/2569, revoking the October 2025 order and amending the criteria and documents for temporary stay for investment and long-term tourism, plus family members of certain temporary-stay permit holders. The revised rules apply from 1 July 2026 and align with the law on property rights (rights of residence).
