Special stay for Lao, Myanmar, Vietnamese until Dec 11, 2026
The Ministry of Interior issued an announcement granting special permission for Lao, Myanmar, and Vietnamese nationals to stay in Thailand until December 11, 2026, per Cabinet resolution of July 14, 2026. For those who receive new travel documents after the announcement, they must apply for visa and permission within 90 days but no later than June 30, 2025.
