Red Line suspends both routes after electrical fault
Bangkok's Red Line commuter rail suspended services on both routes (Krung Thep Aphiwat–Rangsit and Krung Thep Aphiwat–Taling Chan) at around 16:00 on 26 September 2026 due to an electrical fault affecting the signalling system. All 13 stations are closed while safety inspections and repairs are carried out. Passengers should check the RED Line SRTET Facebook page or call 1690 for updates.
