M82 motorway section in Samut Sakhon to open Aug 28
A 16.4-km section of the M82 elevated motorway from Ekachai to Ban Phaeo will open for a trial period on Aug 28, 2026, at 10am. Motorists can use the entire route toll-free during the trial, with speed limits of 80 kph for cars and 65 kph for trucks and buses. The opening is expected to ease congestion on Rama II Road.
