M6 motorway to open free over New Year holiday

The Transport Ministry will open the entire 196-km Bang Pa-in–Nakhon Ratchasima motorway (M6) free of charge from Dec 25 to ease New Year holiday congestion. Full operations and toll collection begin in April 2027, while the M6 exit to Bang Bua Thong closes from Nov 6 until March 31, 2027 for construction.
